Coming to Class…
When coming to class, please arrive about 15 minutes early. If you are a new student, bring payment to class if you have not registered and paid online. Please note that all classes must be completed within the current session. If needed – yoga mats, blocks and straps are available at the studio for your use.
STUDIO HOURS VARY – Studio will be open approximately 30 minutes before every class and the door will be locked during most class times as only one teacher is available at a time. Tuesday and Thursday, the studio will be open until 3:00PM. Please call Angie if you need access at 360-798-4967.
Below, please find the class descriptions with the level of intensity. This rating system is going to vary a bit by instructor, however, it is meant to help you choose the class that may be right for you. If you have any additional questions, please feel free to contact us!

◉◉ Yoga Fundamentals
Yoga Fundamentals is a slow paced class for those brand new to yoga, or those who have been in class but may want to know more about the basics. We will focus on the essential elements of yoga, including the basic postures and yoga theory. Classes will begin with relaxation, a short meditation, yoga theory or breathing exercises and end with a short meditation in Savasana (Corpse Pose) to help reduce stress and integrate the class through the body and the mind.
◉◉ Flow Fundamentals
Flow Fundamentals is a slower paced class for those new to yoga, or those who have been in class but may want to know more about the basics. Classes will begin with relaxation, a short meditation, yoga theory or breathing exercises, include a basic flow sequence and end with a meditation in Savasana (Corpse Pose) to help reduce stress and integrate the class through the body and the mind.
◉◉◉ Vinyasa Flow
In Vinyasa Flow class, we will work through creative flows, moving with the breath. This class is done in a little bit warmer space and is more intense than our Fundamentals class. Students will be offered pose variations so that each workout can be customized. Poses are a moving meditation, meant to support you in becoming more flexible, creating strength and increasing your level of endurance. Each class is different and will vary by instructor.
◉◉ Hatha Flow
Hatha Flow is taught with unique sequencing to promote a dynamic and relaxing experience. This class incorporates all aspects of a traditional Hatha yoga class – breath, meditation and postures – while challenging your co-ordination through movement.
◉◉◉◉ Arm Balances and Inversions
This will incorporate all of the essentials of a Vinyasa Flow class but will also include more advanced arm balances, inversions and creative techniques.
◉◉◉ Hips and Hammies Flow
Hips and Hammies Flow is a class designed for people who are very active. Whether it be runners, martial artists, football players or wrestlers – this class will help you to build strength and flexibility. Focusing on hips, hamstrings and core, you will leave feeling worked out and stretched!
◉◉◉◉ Bodysculpt Yoga
This class will target certain muscle groups and always include an amazing core workout. We focus on building heat in the body and commitment to your goals off the mat. We will use yoga postures and breath to target and tone your muscles so that you build strength to tackle difficult poses in yoga and overcome obstacles in your life. Be ready to get sweaty.
◉◉ Gentle Yoga
Gentle yoga moves slowly through poses meant to work toward more mobility in a way that is accessible for all ages and body types. Class will include gentle poses and strengthening exercises as well as breathing techniques and short meditation.
◉◉ Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a perfect complement to the dynamic and muscular Vinyasa style yoga that emphasizes internal heat, and the lengthening and contracting of our muscles. Yin Yoga generally targets the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine and does this through deep and longer holds. Yin Yoga is not restorative yoga and like all yoga practices, if the tissues you are targeting for exercise are damaged in some way, please give yourself a chance to heal before resuming your regular practice.
◉◉ Stretch and Roll
This deep stretching class begins with a warm up and then slows down to incorporates breath work and longer holds to help improve flexibility. Throughout class we will incorporate foam rollers to facilitate a myofascial release. Stretch and Roll is ideal for students of all levels who are particularly tight and want to gain more mobility or want to support other athletic activities.
◉ Restorative Yoga
Let go of the day as you restore and find deep relaxation. Gentle restorative poses will help heal your body in this stress and anxiety relieving class where our focus is to completely release all tension in the body and mind.
Private and Semi-Private Sessions
Private sessions are available by appointment for those who need therapeutic yoga or additional assistance. Use our contact form to contact us directly if you are interested in booking a private session and we will get back to you right away. Please note: there is a 24 hour cancellation policy. Anything cancelled after that or no-shows are subject to a full price charge in services. Sessions are one hour in length and are priced per instructor.
