prenatal yoga program
This is a rotating six week series you can join any time with prorated enrollment.
This is a practice that has been uniquely designed for pregnant women, meant to support moms-to-be physically and emotionally. Class will consist of information, movement, gentle strengthening and stretching that is safe for a healthy pregnancy. You will leave feeling refreshed, relaxed and supported.
