FLY HIGH 200 HOUR YOGA TEACHER TRAINING

Bliss Yoga is home to the Fly High Teacher Training with lead trainer, Angie Cherry and many special guests. Fly High is not only a Registered Yoga School but a Registered Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider, offering quality, applicable training and continuing education for the last four years. We look forward to sharing our program with you if you are inspired to be a part of our tribe!

Teacher training for the 2017/2018 program is in session and registration is closed. Find below the dates for the 2018 to 2019 training currently open for registration. Space is limited to ensure the best education possible for all participants.

Taking Fly High Teacher Training with Angie Cherry and receiving my 200 HR RYT Certification changed my life. We covered everything from anatomy, sequencing and the eight limbs of yoga to how to market yourself as a yoga instructor and run your own business. Angie gave me space and time to develop my skills as a Vinyasa teacher and was available outside of class to answer my questions and provide me with invaluable guidance. Our class graduated in August of 2017 and I was so prepared coming out of teacher training that I was hired by two yoga studios in September. Angie continues to support me on my journey as a yoga teacher and you will not find another 200 HR Teacher Training that is as in-depth and professional as Fly High.

This Year's Details

Teacher Training Beginning April 2018

This is a year long program held one weekend per month. Trainings will be held at Body Bliss West located at 800 Franklin Street Suite 204, Vancouver, WA 98660. Class size is limited.

Introductory Session: Saturday, April 14th from 2:00PM to 4:00PM

Hours are Fridays, 6PM to 9PM, Saturdays, 11:00AM to 6:00PM and Sundays 12:30PM to 5:30PM.

The Lineup

Jacquie Michelle – Jacquie is a 500 Hour instructor who has been assisting trainings for years, bringing with her a clear look at muscular anatomy and a holistic view of how this applies to our yoga practice.

Sarasvati Hewitt – Sarasvati has been teaching yoga for over 12 years and has studied Interpersonal Neurobiology at Portland State University with a specialty in the Neuroendrocrinology of Yoga and Meditation.

Chris Calarco – Chris has a passion for the way yoga has changed his life. He brings that passion and his deep knowledge of the body to teach alignment and energetics through the major asanas.

Kimi Marin – Kimi is the founder of Yogic Lore Flow™, a storyteller, writer, and yoga therapist. She has a Masters Degree in literature and loves to combine the power of stories with her love for yoga. Through this she shares theology and myth at a whole new level.

Jill Knouse – After serving the corporate world for many years, Jill risked it all for the love of yoga. She brings perspective and wisdom as she shares her story from the heart, preparing you for the realities and possibilities as an instructor in today’s market.
