Fall Programs Now Enrolling

Our fall programs are 6 weeks long, will be held at the Washougal location and run by Jacquie Michelle. Jacquie is a 500 Hour RYT Certified Instructor and specializes in Kids Yoga Programs.

Little Warriors Ages 6 – 10
Beginning Tuesday October 9th, 2018
Time: 4:30PM to 5:30PM

Little Warriors Kids Yoga is our imagination based kids yoga program that runs in 6 week segments the fall, winter and spring quarters. Little Warriors focuses on functional movement, simple breathing techniques, meditation and tons of fun!

Peaceful Warriors Ages 11 – 14
Beginning Wednesday October 10th, 2018
Time: 4:30PM to 5:30PM

Peaceful Warriors focuses on mindful movement for middle schoolers, journaling, stress management, meditation, and community building exercises. At middle school age, it’s important to encourage these young adults to live mindfully
