Little Warriors Yoga School
Winter Programs Now Enrolling

Our Winter programs are 6 weeks long running from February to March. Each class meets once a week for one hour in the afternoon. Little Warriors is led by Jacquie Michelle and Peaceful Warriors is led by KC Johnson. Jacquie is a 500 Hour RYT Certified Instructor and specializes in Youth Yoga Programming and Mindfulness skills. KC is the founder of Namaste Happy and specializes in Youth Empowerment Programming.

 

Little Warriors Ages 6 – 10
Beginning Tuesday February 12
Time: 4:30PM to 5:30PM

Little Warriors Kids Yoga is our imagination based kids yoga program that runs in 6 week segments the fall, winter and spring quarters. Little Warriors focuses on functional movement, simple breathing techniques, meditation and tons of fun!

Peaceful Warriors Ages 11 – 14
Beginning Thursday February 14, 2018
Time: 4:30PM to 5:30PM

Peaceful Warriors focuses on mindful movement for middle schoolers, journaling, stress management, meditation, and community building exercises. At middle school age, it’s important to encourage these young adults to live mindfully
