Little Warriors Yoga School
Spring Classes and Enrollments Now Open!

Our spring programs include weekly classes as well as 6 week long enrollment programs with stacked curriculum. Our program options are outlined below and our facilitators are Jacquie Michelle and KC Johnson.

Jacquie is a 500 Hour RYT Certified Instructor and specializes in Youth Yoga Programming and Mindfulness skills. KC is the founder of Namaste Happy and specializes in Youth Empowerment Programming.

Little Warriors Begins May 7th!

Little Warriors Ages 6 – 10
Beginning Tuesday May 7th
Time: 4:15PM to 5:15PM

Little Warriors Kids Yoga is our imagination based kids yoga program that runs in 6 week segments the fall, winter and spring quarters. Little Warriors focuses on functional movement, simple breathing techniques, meditation and tons of fun!

Peaceful Warriors Begins May 9th!

Peaceful Warriors Ages 11 – 14
Beginning Thursday May 9th
Time: 4:15PM to 5:15PM

Peaceful Warriors focuses on mindful movement for middle schoolers, journaling, stress management, meditation, and community building exercises. At middle school age, it’s important to encourage these young adults to live mindfully
