Children are born open, flexible and curious. As they grow, some of this magic in their bodies and minds can be forgotten. In this eight week yoga series your child will learn yoga postures that will create strength and flexibility in the body and mind and also help improve balance and focus. They will learn breathing techniques to relax and play games and activities to make learning fun! This program focuses on functional movement as well as learning the traditional yoga poses. We reach each child through tapping in to their own special gifts and creativity.

- Building concentration
- Increasing confidence and self-esteem
- Managing stress and anxiety through breathing, awareness and moving mindfully
- Being a part of a healthy, supportive, non-competitive group
Each week will have a theme and build upon the previous week. The last class will include a time to celebrate their growth. There will be no class on Wednesday, April 5th for the Spring Break holiday. Class sizes are limited to 10 per class per session. IMPORTANT: When enrolling your child, please fill out the information AS YOURSELF with a valid email and phone number and we will send you a questionnaire about your child to get their information. Ages 5 to 8 – $95.00
8 week program begins Wednesday, March 1st, 2017 from 2:45PM to 3:45PM. This class will be instructed by Jacquie Michelle Hill.
Ages 9 to 12 – $95.00
8 week program begins Wednesday, March 1st from 4:00PM to 5:00PM. This class will be instructed by Angie Cherry.
