Beginners Series

Are you brand new to yoga and looking for a good place to start? Or maybe you have been practicing for awhile but want a better foundation to work from?

This is a series for you! In this 8 week course we will focus on a set sequence of postures. We will learn the basics of asana, studio etiquette, pranayama, how to be a better student, prop usage and so much more.

$120/for the series or $17 to drop in

It is recommended that students attend all 8 classes in order to receive the greatest benefit from this course.

Unfolding the Path

This popular 8-week series returns this fall with a chance to explore the 8 limbs of yoga philosophy. Each week will be devoted to a different limb and will include practical applications of yoga ethics, breath energy and meditation paired with reading and movement.

Yoga + Yarn

This all levels workshop is built for all those crafty types in our community. Learn ways to loosen up and support those achy bits that you might get when working long hours on a project. Yoga will be followed by tea and social time to work on projects.

Wear comfortable clothes. No knitting, crocheting, or yoga experience necessary for this all levels workshop.

BtS Veterans Day Yoga Event


A local nonprofit, Beneath the Surface Foundation, teaches combat veterans and LE struggling with post-traumatic stress and traumatic brain injuries to use yoga and extreme water sports (kiting, surfing, free diving, etc.) as a positive and healthy outlet. In a community that often feels abandoned and judged, we are working to shift the paradigm by building a network of support to encourage their continued progress.

Join us for an evening of connection, powerful yoga practices, and a glimpse into the work that feeds our mission. We will take you on a journey through breath work, vinyasa, and yin yoga sequences. Foundation apparel will be available for purchase before and after the event.



Self care to Prepare for the Holidays

2 Day Weekend Mini Retreat with Yoga Nidra & Sound 

Immerse yourself in a weekend full of practices to support your balance inside and out through the hectic holidays season. Learn tools to cultivate a harmonious space within using deep relaxation techniques, creative art expression, and conscious creation of the life we want to live. Enjoy the restorative, rebalancing, rejuvenating, and complementary practices of Yoga Nidra and Sound bath in an immersive retreat experience set over 2 days. Give yourself the gift of a weekend of Self Care that will help to support you, (and ultimately those you love) through this hectic season with grace, empathy, and ease. The weekend will include refreshments during our Mindful Art project time, in which we will explore projects that will help to promote deeper connection to Self. This weekend will set you up to be grounded, present, and balanced through the holiday season.
